What Is It?
The Friends and Family Test is completed by every NHS GP practice in England and gives patients the opportunity to provide feedback on their visit. The test is supposed to provide information on whether you would recommend us to your friends or family.
How To Complete It?
We will send a text message with an invitation to complete the test after every appointment with one of our team. Using the link provided, you can complete the short survey and offer your feedback. If you don’t have a mobile phone you can request a paper copy of the form from the reception team.
